FAQ
Do you work with Ely businesses?
Yes. Ely has trains to Cambridge and Great Northern services to London King's Cross. Our studio is at Pill Box in Bethnal Green, E2. We run most projects by video call and meet in person for key workshops, either in Ely or at the studio.
How does a remote-friendly project actually work?
We agree milestones up front, hold regular video check-ins, share work in progress through a link you can open on any device, and collect feedback in one place. Face-to-face sessions are reserved for the moments where they add most, such as discovery and launch.
What does a branding and website project include?
Usually discovery, positioning and messaging, visual identity, page planning, design, build, launch and handover. We agree the scope around your priorities before work starts.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on page count, whether you need ecommerce or a CMS, and how much brand work sits underneath. After a short conversation we agree a clear scope and quote.
Will this help people find us on Google?
It gives you the right foundations: a fast, well-structured site, a complete Google Business Profile, local pages and a plan for reviews. No agency can promise rankings, but this is what search rewards.
