Know More
Citipost eCommerce is one part of Citipost, the UK’s largest independent logistics provider, supporting high-volume, high-expectation brands across the country. With established clients including Ladbrokes, Coral, William Hill, Zapp and Wildfarmed, Citipost combines operational scale with modern eCommerce capability.®
eCommerce fulfilment at national scale.
The team at The Think helped us clearly position our eCommerce offering and delivered a website that feels modern, credible and easy to use. Their attention to detail across design, build and content made the process smooth from start to finish.

Problem
A growing eCommerce division needed its own identity.
While Citipost is widely recognised as a major logistics provider in the UK, its eCommerce offering needed clearer positioning. The challenge was to differentiate the eCommerce side of the business from the wider group, while still leveraging the scale, credibility and infrastructure Citipost is known for.
Citipost eCommerce needed a dedicated digital presence that could clearly communicate its services, capabilities and approach to eCommerce fulfilment. This included appealing to fast-growing eCommerce brands, explaining complex operational processes in a simple way, and reinforcing trust through clarity and professionalism.
At the same time, the platform needed to support ongoing marketing activity and content — from email campaigns to video — without losing consistency or structure.

Solution
A complete digital foundation.
We designed and built a dedicated website for Citipost eCommerce, creating a clear, confident platform that reflects both the scale of the wider Citipost group and the agility of its eCommerce offering.
The project included full UX and visual design, followed by a complete website build focused on clarity, structure and ease of navigation. Messaging was refined to clearly explain fulfilment services, operational strengths and what sets Citipost eCommerce apart in a competitive market.
Alongside the website, we designed a suite of email marketing templates in Figma, providing Citipost eCommerce with a flexible system for campaigns, announcements and client communications — consistent, on-brand and easy to deploy.

Concept
Showing scale without losing the human touch.
The core concept was to balance credibility with approachability. Citipost eCommerce needed to feel dependable and proven, without appearing corporate or inflexible.
To support this, we also planned, filmed and edited video content at one of Citipost’s client locations, Wildfarmed. The video content added a human layer to the brand, showing the fulfilment operation in context and bringing the service to life through real partnerships.
The result is a digital presence that positions Citipost eCommerce as a serious, scalable fulfilment partner — trusted by major brands, built for growth, and ready to support the next generation of eCommerce businesses.
